This presentation is about a new approach to describing the physical and non-physical world. Although this is done by proposing a new mathematical tool called the SCIET, it is far more than a new math.  Reconceptualizing creation as a SCIET based event, It becomes a new way of seeing the Universe. What exists in the universe can be discovered through an understanding of the SCIET and its Dynamics.

When this work began in 1974, it was a pursuit of  ``the structure of energy". This idea led to the thesis statement ``Light has structure and can be stationary."  that guided research.  After nine months of intensive study, a breakthrough occured when a spontaneous ``vision" lasting twenty minutes illustrated the accumulated questions as a matrix of light that danced in conceptual answer to all of my questions. When it ended there seemed little to do but write it down.

But I could not realize then the logical complexity of what I had seen.  Those twenty minutes were but a conceptual seed, and the idea continues to gestate. After twenty five years, the mathematical tools are still in development.

Space without Matter

How can space without matter hold information? The SCIET proposes that before matter existed space could define a charge. So the first stage of creation was about defining charge in space.

SCIET defines charge as having two directions or properties, an outward and an inward definition. The outward definition is considered ``charge", while the inward definition is ``anti-charge". All definition in space is composed equally of both.

Charge and anti-charge exist in the Void, what might be considered an additional property of space, but it is a quality that pre-exists definition and is the state to which definition will ultimately return.

The quantum field resonates within itself, and that the collapse is in fact the end of the singularity and the beginning of single cycle integrative effect  through which information is assimilated into the whole

So the SCIET is the structure of energy. It describes the underlying pattern of space which is the basis for independent  position (relativity).  The SCIET pattern is fundemental to all movement and change in space, existing as a momentary singularity that occurs when a point is individuated and  is out of phase with its surroundings.  (this is the essence of movement)

Central to the discussion of the SCIET is the nature of space itself. The space of SCIET is that of the Quantum charge filling the Void. The SCIET is a function of the charge that fills space and constantly seeks to equalize. Among the ideas that emerge from this assumption are:

Since motion creates new charges, space is 12 to 16 billion years behind in this task. 




How the Universe created itself and that other universes exist.




Why the incremental energy changes that surround an object which are not detectable as electromagnetic waves.




It can be used to support the metaphysical concept of VIBRATIONS, the mythical source of psychic information and knowledge.




Reconceptualizes creation as a SCIET based event, and thus becomes far more than a new math. It becomes a new way of seeing the Universe. 




It can track the receptive or negative component of electromagnetic activity., to show how the negative component of the electro-magnetic wave form is part of a unified receptive field geometry.




It is a way to track the negative polarity of the electro-magnetic wave.

It is based on the notion that a single unit of mathematical structure can underlie all phenomena. The SCIET is the basic pattern of space. A Single Cycle Integrative Effect Topology is a description of space, whose objective is to freeze change in its most logical standard increment. All things and events are compounds of this.
