Natural Constants
The simple source and reason for natural constants is the Limitation imposed by the Creation Substance oriqination event. For example: The speed of light is related to the origination event because it defines the level of subdivision, the rate of change (see Infinitesimal Substrate) achieved since the event.
As the event recedes into the past the speed of light changes imperceptively since it remains in constant relationship with all means of measurement.
