Describing nature requires tools that can encompass what we know while allowing room for what we have not yet discovered.  Thus mathematical tools are most useful when they can provide the most  fundamental starting place possible.

The objective of SCIET Dynamics is to provide that fundamental starting place. Because it was created to describe nature from the start, it is difficult to separate the purely mathematical quality from the underlying physical reality that it is intended to describe. 

For instance, the SCIET began as a way to allow the character of light to remain stationary. Resolving this led to other problems, including the realization that such a solution, in order to exist,  would require a cosmological assumption that would put it at odds with the whole of existing scientific thought.

No problem.

The SCIET (Single Cycle Integrative Effect Topology) represents the consequences of interaction in space. Interaction of any kind. 

Why, you ask have we not discovered this before?  Simple, we ignore it, and explain its effects as the product of other phenomenon, or say that it can't be true.

The source of mind exists in the quantum field, the field that is the source of non-locality and other effects that defy common sense.  (This is an ironic statement because it is the source of mind)

Like the black hole, figuratively rather than literally, the SCIET requires that you look for it by seeing its outline against what can be seen.  Its existence can be surmised by recognizing the pattern of what is not seen.  The SCIET is a projection based on the shared traits of everything, summed to describe the ``Structure of Energy".

This web site is a presentation of this important idea. I hope that you will consider the ideas presented here with an open mind, realizing that a single individual is unlikely to achieve a breakthrough such as this without significant logical omissions and initial errors. It is a work in progress.

SCIET Dynamics is both discovered and designed. One thing was discovered and over a long period of time many evolutionary additions were made because they represented answers to the additional problems that came with each small advance. 

The scope of the project made it easy to find ways to challenge any assumption and so I began to identify a few requirements that could guide my choices.

Choosing the first design parameter for the new descriptive tool is easy, it has to describe everything.

The second design parameter was also easy. It has to work with computers, so it has to be reducible to binary terms.

Third, it needs to be teachable based on everyday experiences such as how the mind works, memory, dreams, electricity,  radio, the flow of water and air or even a falling apple.

After these general requirements it is easy to say what problems have to be solved. All of them.  Logical descriptions of how they operate according to SCIET Dynamics needs to be presented in simple terms based on clear principles and rules.

There are objective and subjective phenomena that must be equally understandable. These should include provable, reproducible ideas from the hard sciences such as;
