Frequency Potential Levels






		The SCIET derives from a single measure, the Unitary Value of the distance between the center and the edge, and defines all the space surrounding the center through equidistant angularities and subdivisions while retaining that definition of their existence together as a permanent record. The measure is as unlimited as the Awarness from which it came. There is no limit on smallness or largness except the speed of change itself. The SCIETs spatial structure is a Resonance Map that can be illustrated by the use of twenty tetrahedral forms attached together at a single virtice. The forms simulate the event horizon structure surrounding a tiny primeval single value blackhole, a continuing reaction of the void to the original charge intrusion. You might say that the SCIET is an isotope of black hole ``bubbles" that are stimulated into existance by the presence of difference and stabalized by resonance.

SCIET Awareness

The SCIET could not be functional in the Creation Substance for the Awareness unless both are of the same nature as the SCIET. When thinking about the SCIET being the tool of the first cause in the creation substance it developed then that in order for that to be true it must also be true that SCIET-based Levels of Receptive Reduction Frequency Potential exist at three levels before the creation of matter.

There must be three fractional SCIET levels in order to have Awareness exist at a frequecy at least an order of magnitude above the Creation Substance, and that the Creation Substance creates the abilty for Awareness to experience Limitation. The Awareness is unlimited and cannot resonate with anything since that would require a basis for stimulus response, a form of limitation that cannot exist at the level of receptive reduction frequency potential of Awareness. The notion of SCIET fractional magnitudes is revealed by the methodology of the Harmonic Receptive Reduction Frequency Potential approach.

An initial reduction sequence for the SCIET reaches values of more than a million to one in a single cycle, and then it starts again and again until the all the levels of cycles within the process arrive at a single minimum value at the CS- all together at the same time and experience limitation leading to Culmination

Each SCIET exists within the Like Interacts with Like mandate, meaning that the process of receptive reduction establishes it's own set of limitations, namely that all interactive levels must exist in receptive reduction fractional harmonics with all others. So the Awareness can be understood to be much faster than the next level slower, the Creation Substance, as the Relationship establishes .

The illustration of Frequency Potential levels above shows a field of tiny SCIETs that provide the ability of Awareness to be omnicient throughout the Universe.

Frequency Potential is used in SCIET Dynamics to describe how the SCIET interacts with other parts of nature based on its own characteristics. It is particulary useful when understanding the notion of Awareness, Creation Substance and Relationship, all of which occure before the Big Bang, or Culmination as it is called in SCIET Dynamics. The Culmination of the Relationship creates Unity within the Limited Creation Substance, and Unity within Limitation establishes Resonance.
